What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to understand and visually see what is getting taken off of pdfs. You set up rules for a particular type of pdf and then you can see what the result swill be before you click save. This makes it easy to adjust the rules to make sure you are getting the information you want and nothing else.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every once in awhile when I am getting transactions from a bank or credit card statement, it will mess up a number. Mostly this occurs when the pdf is a scan of an actual document that is old. What I mean is my client took an old bank statement that has been sitting in a desk for a year getting wrinkly and then they scan it so the pdf isn't the best image to begin with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I have no suggestions right now

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saved me hours of time manually entering transactions into QuickBooks Online by getting me the bank statements into an excel file that I could upload.

It also helps me with a client who needs a customized report every day from multiple QuickBooks companies. I use Docparser in conjunction with Zapier to automate the whole process and email my client by 6am every morning with their report. They think I am amazing :)
