What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows me to automatically pull needed content from pdf contracts that are emailed to me as a sales rep, and let's me input that into my crm

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's highly complex and initial setup requires a lot of testing but it works every time now

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Personally, all my needs are covered already

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automatically extracting email and contact info for each client so I can do my own independent marketing to them all without lifting a finger
