What are the best aspects of this product?

I receive every month a very nice, but complex, bank statement. The bank does not provide an excel format of this statement. And docparser accomplishes the job with excellence. Now, I can understand exactly where my money is going to.

I can easily break the documento into columns and treat each one of them. When I don't know how to do it, I can access the support team and they help me solving the problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn't integrate it with Zapier. It's not that easy as I thought. And my protected pdfs are not being parsed, so this should be fixed and upgraded.

Also, the pricing model could be based on credits. I need to parse only 2-5 documents per month. And there is not a plan for this use case.

The way you set to export to excel is not that easy to handle and to understand. It took time and I needed help to make it work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1. This is a very useful service for non-professional users. A small plan based on credits could be available for this persona.
