What are the best aspects of this product?

Document360 is so simple and clear! Our team loves the ease of use of search function, version control, UI, etc. The software has been able to deliver everything we wanted. Document360 platform act as a knowledge base for our help desk agents to quickly provide FAQs and information to customers. D360 has a Fast responsive support team. I love how this tool is extremely customizable. Everything works in a breeze in Document360. Super happy using Document360 and definitely recommend the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Haven't faced an issue yet. We are still exploring and enjoying this product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Expecting Document360 to get stronger day by day with new cool features, upgrades etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Definitely a time-saver both for the business and customers. Both our team and customers equally loves the ease of use of Document360.
