PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Overall, Document360 makes customer service more efficient. As a manager, I can see my employee's satisfaction, how long they spent answering emails, on the phone, etc. Document360 has been great in streamlining my customer service team while also optimizing the customer's experience. In short, you NEED Document360 for a good customer service experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is not attractive, although it has all the functionalities. Several changes can further improve workflows or provide better interaction between the company and the client.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I do not have any issue in particular. I appreciate of how the interface is designed. Its clutter free and lets me do my job. It's hard not to like something that makes your life easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've replaced our outdated, complicated in-house service desk with Document360. Our productivity has increased and the time spend decreased. Huge PLUS!
