Document360 is very easy to use. They have great text editors & a huge variety of customization options that help in maintaining branding & UX consistency.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As of now, we have not faced any issues or challenges with the product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better template library would make customization even better.

We use Document360 for creating a self-service knowledge base for our customers & internal teams.
