What are the best aspects of this product?

Document360 is a very solid product with extensive features. The best part about Document360 is that it\'s incredibly easy to use; you don\'t need any software or programming knowledge to create contents and pages. The interface is presented in a clean and uncluttered manner, and the drag-and-drop features make populating the platform a simple and straightforward task. Furthermore, Document360 offers great analytic tools to track work progress. Previously, we managed everything through Google Drive but we found it was getting very disorganized. In terms of customer service, Document360 has proven exceptional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes users are a bit confused, but I guess this is normal when someone enters a new platform.
