What are the best aspects of this product?
The real selling point for our company was the analytics and the history log because we can see the history and prevent them from reoccurring in the future. Also its interface is incredibly easy to use. You can quickly assign and respond to jobs, and make sure there is no doubling up on jobs. An A+ on customer support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've been live for just a few days and haven't faced any challenge other than having to learn how to use a new tool.
