What are the best aspects of this product?
The features of Document360 are also very organized and we don't have 200+ options to skim through. Tree View navigation system is designed beautifully. It helps managing categories (adding categories, sub-categories, articles) so easy now. These can be easily moved around (drag and drop) to the desired location.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Document360 is blending well with our business. Its simple and not at all complicated to understand.
