What are the best aspects of this product?

I thought the interface was the cleanest, easiest, and most responsive. As a developer the ability to create workflows and use the API has made this tool indispensable. Document360 is also extremely helpful when trying to track down a problem that may have occurred in the past or is similar to something we\'re currently dealing with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Great product through and through, with a great support team.
