What are the best aspects of this product?

Markdown editor has been a life saver. Our documentations look much better and cleaner with good readability. . There’s a preview area that provides us live feedback when building documentation. This is very helpful to visualize the final appearance of the document without saving and publishing each time to see the results. The best part is that you don’t have to remember all the syntax to format your document. Document360 have created a Markdown shortcut that gives a quick peek with most commonly used syntaxes. Ofcourse the format toolbar does the job too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its almost impossible to find something I dislike about Document360. I almost never hear any of the support folks complain about it, nor have I run into any problems using it myself.
