DocuSign is great tool for signing documents online

What are the best aspects of this product?

DocuSign makes the whole process of documentation smooth and easy. I like that it offers an option for completing the contract electronically/online. We have all forms and contract documents within DocuSign templates, we can easily send and receive contracts when needed. Thanks to this tool we can improve our customer service and be more high-tech.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that there is no possibility to duplicate template to additional fields.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to send documents electronically and it saves us lot of time. This is something that both our staff and customers like.
