DocuSign makes the signing process easier and smooth

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a salesperson I use DocuSign on a daily basis. My clients can sign the contract from everywhere as long as they can access their email or smartphone. They are able to sign with their finger on the screen and if this is the case I get email notification immediately. I often use this tool to get notification when files are viewed and completed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I’m not allowed to change the tool bar on the left side of the program. I don’t use all of its features and options and I would like to turn off those that I’m not using. Also, it would be great if they could work more on the customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to send contracts automatically so our customers can complete them in few minutes and without any problems. It allows me to update the contract on the go and while I’m interacting with my client and to see whether there are changes on the contract or no.
