Great tool for signing documents

What are the best aspects of this product?

During my career I have found out that brand recognition is very important for DocuSign customers. I have seen that people trust the brand. What I like most about it is the integration with DocuSign, Drawloop and Salesforce. Thanks to this integration we are able to setup great automation processes for the document signature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of our customers have some issue with navigating the signing process, sometimes they think that they have signed the document but the truth is they haven’t and this makes some frustration and delays. Also, I don’t like that the customization is for whole system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to reduce the time that is required for signing process, its automated capabilities helps us to reduce the cost and usage of paper and mailing the documents.
