What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that everything is in one place, all we have to do is to get ready the documents for signature and internet connection. In my experience, this is extremely helpful tool for my clients, I don’t waste their time. I like that I always know when the client gets the document, the date and time. The times with “lost e-mails” fax machines with no paper, toner and lost pages are finally gone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

DocuSign offers great set of tools and features, but there is a learning curve that can get little bit confusing and maybe time-consuming. But once you learn how to use this program you’ll see that the learning curve was “must have” for better managing the program. Also, pay attention when sending messages and documents to multiple people. Also, I’d like to see all the notes into archive folder.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone can be online in a matter of seconds under many circumstances. I like that the customers can review the date, time and logistic issues and then to sign the contracts.
