What are the best aspects of this product?

With DocuSign I can easily send documents to the customers and to get their signature back. The process of sending contract is simple for both us and our customers. In the past we used to send the customers unsigned forms and then they had to print the form, sign it and sending it back to us, but when we implemented this solution even 95% of the customers sign the contract. I like that its sends reminders to the customer so they won’t miss the signing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I need to get customer’s email in order to allow DocuSign.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to gather signed documents electronically, it is time-saving software.
