What are the best aspects of this product?
The product is good - not doubting that at all. It works well and is a great product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The support team is outsourced and have no idea about actual details of your account.
The sales team mislead us into signing a long term contract and they will not let us cancel or restructure.
The local sales team also do not respond to emails and do not care about you once you sign your contract.
I would suggest just signing up with a web account - do not sign any contract. If they tell you you have to commit for 3 years it is not true!

Better local support system

Easier to get paperwork signed when a patient wants to start treatment
