PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Functional integration with CRM and Oracle CPQ platforms. Also, I like the smooth integration with those platforms because it provides us with wonderful end-to-end experience. There are great features within the software such as: placement of signature, option of sending a fax and many others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see more status updates to the CPQ platforms and to add “recall documents”. Also, I’d like to see possibility to send same document through multiple iterations. In addition, they could add output generation capabilities to generate them when needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to send quotes to the customers and to generate those quotes by using Oracle-cloud CPQ and to send them via DocuSign.
