What are the best aspects of this product?
This is an easy e-signature tool that is great and helpful for both external and internal signature needs. We are able to provide all company signatures via DocuSign and this helps us to save lot of time. This important tool for tracking and signing customers’ contracts. The system is easy to use, the UI is intuitive and understandable. I personally like the “Any Signer” or signing groups feature because this feature allows multiple signers to sign on one contract.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think that the integration with Salesforce is not as intuitive as it should be. I don’t like that the system doesn’t recognize which documents are being sent within SDC via DocuSign system. Also, I don’t like that this software is more B2C when it comes to sharing and permissions levels. As an admin I have to spend lot of time in sharing each user’s envelopes to every user that needs access rights to see the envelopes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool allows us to transact with customers, vendors and internal employees in easiest way. It allows us to keep track of the documents and their process and we are even able to change the processes in order to make it easier to transact. We can easily prove proof signature and time of the signature for the revenue recognition needs and this is very important for us.
