This is a great program not only for safely storing information but in securely sharing this info as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its email feature looks like a super old version of the email apps because it isn't updated. I wish they could update it to make it the perfect app!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This one solves our storage problems because we really have loads of large files stored on our computers. The cloud is helpful, and we don't have to worry about security. It's also been really helpful when it comes to safe email exchanges and file sharing.
