What are the best aspects of this product?

I mainly use Docuware for managing my (digital) paperwork. I can now handle my tasks related to billing and payments quite smoothly because everything is well-organized within the system. Everything updates if I made changes with a file.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is not a simple tool so you have to spend some time learning it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned, it keeps me organized. It's the best tool for managing all your electronic/digital files.
