What are the best aspects of this product?

Using the program is really easy. It allows us to save documents in a cloud, keep it secured, and conveniently send it through email when needed. Having all of these in a single platform is amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating and editing emails isn't that convenient. It's literally an obsolete interface for email. It still does its job, but it's really hard to use especially if you're used to Gmail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don't have to use other software or add-ons anymore to ensure that the files we're sharing or emails we're sending is safe and encrypted.
