What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that Docuware allows users to do different tasks in-app. This includes information storage, email scheduling, an in-app phone system, etc. Its performance is top-notch.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not the best app for editing emails. It only stores and delivers!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This app is helpful for our internal communications because we can now easily and securely share files.
