What are the best aspects of this product?

This software promotes effective collaboration within our team. It provides us a cloud-based workspace which makes it easier for us to share documents and other files even to our remote workers. We don't have to worry about the security of sending a file through email. It allows us to update the files/documents in real-time. We don't have to worry about sharing old versions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a pricey software. The interface is also cool, but it really takes time to learn.

We use this software to share large files among our team and create content.
