What are the best aspects of this product?
Docuware basically automates all our documentation tasks reducing our work hours! The info distribution can be included in your workflows so it will be automatically sent to the assigned people.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I love everything about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We no longer have to do manual and laborious activities because it automates everything. It also improved the way we search for our internal files.
