Docuware is a versatile software! I love it because it's super easy to use and definitely does its job of securely storing and sharing large data. I love how we can control its accessibility. The best part of it is that it's basically a combination of cloud storage and workflow management functions!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software can be improved by having automation that groups related documents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software leveled up our archiving system. It definitely improves our team collaboration because we now have better workflows.
