What are the best aspects of this product?

Domo’s support is second to none. The platform is user friendly and supports beats. I can easily access data and drill down through paths or I can filter data without affecting original card. It provides great insight to what’s functioning and what’s not functioning. We are allowed to take a look at all data sets in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love everything that comes from Domo.

It helps us with reporting and analytics that are related to global campaigns and field initiatives. The marketing department can measure ROI and here comes Domo with all its features and benefits that make our work smooth.
