Domo is great tool with great design and wonderful insights

What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to the build proces we can easily find the most insightful way to display data. Once we found our preferred delivery method we have the reference at any time especially when business question repeats itself. The design is great and it allows us to take the data of Domo and to siplay it into other formats like paper reports or power point.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to learning the differences of the tool it can be really difficult thing to do because there is no initial training.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get real time reporting and this is important to our business. Our management team don’t have to wait to get the reports done. The idea to build a card and being updated with fresh data is amazing. It helps you to organzie business questions in such a way that you can quickly find them and you wil never miss an opportunity to find an answer for specific question.
