What are the best aspects of this product?

Domo offers valuable data to our IT department. It allows our executives to get the data they need in the format they need it. I like that multiple data sources can be combined together so we can build graphs in order to make better decisions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a learning curve so you can learn how to write cards and all the intricacies of the program. It is a great project to get all the data linked to Domo’s platform. In order to get the best of the system it would be greta if you could work with your IT support. Once you learn how this program functions everything may become easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software helps us to identify any potential problem and to better communicate those problems to those who need to resolve them. We are able to spend some time with out nalytics vendor so they can do other projects instead of spending time on building data reports.
