Great solution but they really need to think about the price

What are the best aspects of this product?

Once you start connecting everything becomes amazing. You hav to know that the connectors are selling point and an important piece of the software. We can easily connect Google Analytics to SAP. The advanced analytics of this software with card is simple thing, and I can pivot data in any way possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Let’s talk about the price first, $7K on a monthly basis for connectors is too high. Also, the data we get by extraction is less than the price of Domo. There is no Ad-Hoc reporting and it doesn’t allow access to raw data set. Furthermore, there is a steep learning curve despite the support it provides.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As marketing consultant my job is to link advertising campaign management across numerous platforms and digital datasets for e.g. Analytics and Performance to our client’s internal systems from sales to KPIs.
