What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how user-friendly and intuitive their interface is. Even if you're not someone tech-savvy, the functions and buttons are arranged and designed so well so you don't have trouble getting it quickly. I also love how it has allowed me and my team to have just one platform where we can collect and look at the data about our database, our social network interactions, and progress, as well as our website traffic. Because of that ease, we're confident that the decisions we make for the business are based on data. The fact that it is mobile accessible is also a great thing since I can check on it even if I am not physically at the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that I could personalize this to fit the needs of our team. For instance, there may be some tasks where it would have been helpful if I could modify some functions so that it would be actually helpful in finishing the task. The variance calculation function could also be more complex. As of now, even if it does the job, I think it is very basic. I think we should be given the option to add more functions so that the variance calculation function can do more complicated things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has really helped our business become more organized since this tool centralizes data such as website traffic, spreadsheets, and interactions on social networks. I don't need to look in different places to find this data; I just turn to this one instead. Even better, the integrations are capable of making it possible for you to really push what it can do. It has really helped us when it comes to providing the best possible service to our customers.
