What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a number of things that I like about this tool. First off, It has helped me avoid gaps in communication within the team thanks to its great options for dashboard sharing. I also like how their feature for systemic layers empowers me and other employees to make our own dashboards and reports. Finally, I have found it really easy to integrate this with our local data center because of the numerous plugins it offers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really think they can improve the onboarding process by providing more training material because what I've found is that I and my teammates have to research on our own for issues encountered. More support in this regard would be really appreciated. This software's requirement that you can only fetch on their own database is also a bit time-consuming and has made us move our data to the cloud if we want visibility in real-time. If they could improve on this in future versions, that would be great.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software has solved a number of problems for us. For one, teammates who are not as proficient in IT have found it easy to use. In fact, a lot of them get the hang of it in about 30 minutes or so. We've also been able to use this software extensively in our company, for such things like chats and alerts, reporting, and data warehousing. They've also been releasing new features regularly, so I am looking forward to what new problems that they are going to solve for us.
