What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how user-friendly this software is, and how the information it gathers for us takes us to even the tiniest and most granular detail. I also really appreciate the speed with which it can come up with client information, cards, and dashboards. It can adapt pretty quickly when it comes to changes in time allotments and adding channels, allowing us to look at things from a different and distinct perspective. With this tool, I've been able to collect, control, and show a uniform perspective when it comes to business metrics.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I'd like to see in future versions are alternative options for coloring.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped us out with accuracy, as well as providing us with measurements that have a lasting impact. It has also allowed us to automate the data flow, which frees up time since we no longer have to analyze it individually. That free time, in turn, allows us to conduct more thorough investigations. It has also given us a new avenue when it comes to sharing and monitoring customer information issues and ticket lines. This tool has also helped us handle even more volume, thanks to how well it coordinates with other systems already in place.
