PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Domo has great way for handling data extraction, storage and SQL. We can easily set up automated datafeeds. It has lot of pre-conecctions to APIs and this means that we don’t have to worry for maintaining those connection in house. The support team is great and they constantly release new features and options. They are open to suggestions and feedbacks. I like that we can create custom dashboard builds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no much control over formatting the dashboards. Also, there is no way to host Domo visualization on our sites and what I mean by that I cannot have charts that adhere to small multiplies. In addition, Domo can’t handle the same volume of data like other systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to easily share dataflows across teams and to enable the automation of routine analytical tasks so the analysts can do the actual analysis. The analysis are accessible and they are in one place.
