What are the best aspects of this product?

Helps us execute debugging to any problem in the network before they become noticeable for users. And when users call for assistance, our staff track the issue through Domotz to easily determine the network's problem. Domotz dashboards for our team and users are both convenient to use as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Domotz should improve its hardware integration. The good thing is, we have already received some reports about such enhancements.
