PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very user-friendly and very convenient to use. It has great support too. In able to generate income for our shelter van, I was dealing with problems with a challenge we were going to perform and then when I called out to help, an advisor responded to my question efficiently. She also cited an example of other individuals adopting the approach she introduced. Which save a lot of time and assisted me efficiently and quickly have my campaign underway. As an outcome, we now have met our fundraising target. To guarantee that I had my issues resolved, she therefore followed it up. I do love the reporting attribute as well. Without even being flooded with unessential choices, they are easy and reliable. This make my work simpler at the end of the month whenever presenting to the accountant. They have also integrated the contributors' fiscal year-end letter system. And also the list of my supporters, I enjoy being able to transfer contribution data. The payments are also very sensible. In months where our contributions do not reach $1k, we do not even charge anything but after that it's just 1.5%.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of something negative about any of it. That used to be impossible to reproduce an advertisement, but I am decline to to say something derogatory about it because they have added that aspect. If I had to recommend something, I wish a few of their integrations are somewhat less affordable but I don't know if Donorbox makes a profit the integrated system would do. For integration with MailChimp, I know $8 per month is not much, but if you're using 2-3 integrations, it can begin now to adding up and pulled through our contributions. Zapier would've been great, but at $17 a monthly, it just isn't in our limited budget.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We was using it to help implement various campaigns as well as a design competition. There is a significant increase in charitable donations via our social media websites, and reporting tools to help us keep our financial reporting organized. It's incredibly easy to implement with our WordPress website and is very flexible. It makes it very fast and easy to manage our fundraising campaigns.
