A bit expensive but worth it

I like its excellent customer service, online access, credit card automatic updates, and Constant Contract integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to use a credit card processor. It can’t generate and edit invoices within the software. Its forms are not quite suitable for online donations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With DonorPerfect, I can monitor donations with ease and run reports without any trouble.
