What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is easy to use, and its customer support is responsive and on-time in answering our concerns/questions. It helped us create sub-accounts and profiles under them. The tool for online donation and reporting are both impressive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could provide donors a login portal. Also, they need to improve on the tool that handles split gifting, particularly for those who donate repeatedly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We utilize DonorPerfect Online in managing all the phases of fundraising campaigns. It helps us easily manage donations and do electronic or paper receipts. We even sync the software with QuickBooks Online to use forms to handle online donations. With this app, we have eliminated the repeated mistakes in entering data and processing EFT.
