DonorPerfect for storing data and managing the organization

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use DonorPerfect as a centralized location to store important data about our donors and keep our organization organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am having trouble with duplicated data. For instance, the tool will create a new record of the donor when he/she sends gifts online and enters data that is a bit different than what we put on the existing file.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

DonorPerfect helps us store donor’s data and thank them easily.
