DonorPerfect is easy to use, user-friendly, and customizable, making it an ideal fundraising solution for my non-profit organization. Its customer support is responsive and timely when we need help with the data sets we’re looking for or when we have questions. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The software is well-organized and logically set up, and it can be accessed almost anywhere with its mobile version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any issues with DonorPerfect. There’s just one time that I have trouble running a report because I messed up, but the customer support was there to help me make the process successful. With their continuous help, I was able to run reports on my own and become more familiar with the reporting tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

DonorPerfect helps make my mid-sized organization more organized. We can sort and edit the donor’s data in various ways and add notes or more data. Its dashboard task manager lets me schedule a particular task for each donor. I can also set personal reminders to our donors’ birthday and have the data appear on the dashboard a day before the given day. All the features are beneficial for me as they help me stay on top of everything, which can be accessed in a single place.
