Excellent tool for small organizations

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a small organization, we are looking for a tool with a variety of features to help us—and we’re glad we found DonorPerfect. It has a team that is willing to listen to our concerns and make necessary adjustments based on our needs. We like that it’s easy to use and has easy-to-understand mobile app and reporting tools. Its training and ongoing webinars are beneficial, as well. I highly recommend this software for small organizations like us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are few changes made on batch entry 2.0.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With DonorPerfect, we’re able to pull out donor data much easier and faster compared to other solutions we’ve used before.
