Excellent tool to merge important data within the organization

What are the best aspects of this product?

DonorPerfect is easy to use. Its dashboard is easy to understand and navigate. Also, customer support is responsive, and the reporting features are working so well. We’ve been using this software for more than two years to combine our registration forms and e-commerce services on our website. This product, in general, is excellent for our organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I dislike about this tool is the costs and associated fees, but I think this is normal for online tools and services. It’s worth the money if your organization is handling a large database.
