Great support for DonorPerfect users

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate the customer service team. They are willing to grease the wheel to make things easier for us. They are responsive and always providing recommendations for our convenience. They’re even willing to make some modifications to the tool to make it more user-friendly. Also, when I need to pull out some data, I can do it easier and quicker this time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have web forms that are designed specifically for our type of organization. However, it becomes an issue when some of our staff aren’t willing to adapt to the changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

DonorPerfect helps us save a lot of time. It allows me to pull out reports for external vendors quickly and accurately.
