I truly appreciate DonorPerfect

What are the best aspects of this product?

DonorPerfect is a great solution to manage donor’s data, gifts, and others. Having the ability to use and access the software from any device is a good thing. The webinars, tutorials, and training videos are very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Running simple reports is easy with DonorPerfect, but I am having a hard time with complex reports. I am in doubt if I use the right report to create data that I search for. I need to learn many things here, and maybe it’s of great help when I always reach out to its customer support staff.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having a centralized location to organize all data is very helpful. This software is easy to use compared to other solutions out there. Its constant updates are also helpful.
