Its sales department is very professional and knowledgeable about the facets that could positively impact our organization. Lastly, its data conversion team has a high level of expertise in handling and transferring data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With so much information to learn and things to do within the tool, one could find it overwhelming to adapt things faster during the training. Good thing, they provide ample training materials that can be learned by our team at their most convenient time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

DonorPerfect lets us merge and handle the transferred data, and it provides filtering capability so we can easily find the information we need. Its dashboard shows report sections (that can be customized) and the recently given data. It also provides us with the ability to create mail merge and communication—don’t need to outsource to a printer. Its online forms also let us receive donations.
