Powerful donor management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

DonorPerfect is an easy-to-use software, and my team loves how fast they could learn the functionalities available. We appreciate the on-time response and customer support every time we have concerns or queries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have created reports using DonorPerfect reporting tools, and a few of them were no longer available when we try to pull them out. Also, one could find it overwhelming to build new reports, especially when it is his/her first time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With DonorPerfect, we can easily store and pull out donor data by name, contact info, birthday, and address. We can also see how long they’ve been donating and how much they’ve donated. The software makes it easy for us to create automated reports to easily connect with the donors and thank them for their generosity.
