What are the best aspects of this product?

Scheduling meetings without people in the same room is far more efficient and simpler than dealing with group e-mails. All it takes is to find the initial options and have the link e-mailed for them to decide which ones suit them best. Custom settings are also available in restricting the number of time slots reserved for a limited number of people. It proves its value for 1-on-1 conferences.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't do well in the display department for mobile devices (especially when dealing with a lot of date/time options). The "edit" functionality could use a bit of enhancement. Since users aren't required to log in, they can type their name in, and do edit responses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, everything is suddenly flexible. Now, I can successfully get as many individuals I want to take part in my meetings and spending less effort getting people to catch up.
