A good scheduling app

What are the best aspects of this product?

This app allows me to easily check on the individuals who are not available for a meeting and set a separate one for them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the interface could be made simpler.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just like what I've mentioned, it's easier to reach out to people who couldn't make it to a meeting and inform them about the things that were discussed. This way I'd know that everyone is on board and no one is left behind.
