What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this tool is the fact that it can be used even by those who are not tech savvy. I like that you can check all available dates and times and it provides lot of options to choose from. When submitting the response the colors allow you to visualize the options that work best for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you have large poll you can easily see all options and in my opinion, this is unnecessary. Also, I’d like to filter participants so I can better see what works best for various groups of people within the poll. Sometimes the comments cannot be seen by everyone, so they could make them even more visible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through Doodle poll we can easily figure out others’ availability since lot of people within my organization doesn’t use Outlook or Google Calendar. In addition, you can customize the time and include it in between other options.
