Doodle, perfect tool for creating meetings

What are the best aspects of this product?

Doodle is great tool with great features, I like its “if need be” option because I can see when I need to move something on my shcedule. Also, I like that I can set it to particular dates or some generic days of the week. It sends me an email when the poll is created and when it’s updated by other people. It has clean look and simple graphics with red and green squares that show when people are available. The UI is easy to use and straight forward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be really frustrating when you need to pick specific times, because everyone has busy schedule and what I’d like is to let each person choose when they could and could not meet. I don’t like that I have to list each time slot and it can be really hard to visualize when there is large poll with lot of respondents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job is to organize meetings with multiple students and those students with leadership positions. Each student has different class schedule and commitments and it can be time-consuming when it comes to figuring out about their free time. Doodle, is useful solution for us because we can track other’s availability on their own shcedule and create meeting based on the results.
